Quick Question

Hello,
My family and I are considering buying into the DVC, and on another website I saw this thing called "Magical Beginnings" or something similar. It looks like it allows you to sell your points from the first year back to Disney to help offset the initial cost. Has anyone out there done this? If so, was it worth it? I mean, is it a good deal? Any advice/input/help would be greatly appreciated.

Magical Beginnings is one of the former incentives offered by DVC, but it ended several years ago.

The current incentive allows first time buyers a 15% discount when referred by an existing DVC member. They can effectively buy 150 points at $83.30 per point with this incentive. No points need to be "sold back" to DVC as with Magical Begininngs.
