We have vouchers to exchange for passes at the first Disney park we attend. (Florida 30 day Fun in the Sun).

Anyone know if these can be exchanged at Disney Quest or does it have to be one of the main theme parks?

you can do it at the downtown disney guest services office but not at disney quest. or, of course, at the guest services office of any of the theme parks.
