We checked in 5 minutes after the start time.....we were running late on the monorail from MK after taking bus from ASMovies. We were last to check in. We didn't miss anything.
We had time to grab our bandanas and go right into the party when the doors were just opened. We didn't miss anything. We were in that room maybe 45mins for desserts and pictures. They ask everyone to use restrooms before you walk out to the dock.
They asked us originally to check in up to a half hour before.... You'll sit in the lobby of the convention room.
