I have heard rumors that if you make an order from GarderGrocer or the like that the Disney desk also charges a fee to hold it till you arrive. Is this true? If it is true, does anyone know the value of the charge?

What I have gathered from different posts on these boards is that if you order a delivery (like water or groceries) or pre-mail apackage that they would have to hold & deliver to your room, there is a charge at hotels that also hold conventions. I may be misunderstanding the posts, but I believe the charge is $10.
