Am I correct in thinking you can take a boat from Epcot to MGM? Can you also boat from these 2 parks to DTD?

Thanks!

Nope, no boat from the epcot area to DTD. Need to take a bus from a resort to get to DTD (you could get off boat at beach club, swolphin, or boardwalk).

The only boat that i know of that goes to DTD comes from port orleans, with (i think) stops at saratoga springs resort (the newest DVC).

Enjoy!

I could walk to the Boardwalk and either take a boat or bus from there to DTD? But there is a boat from Epcot to MGM?

Thanks again!

Sorry for the confusion, i should have been a bit more detailed.

The boat from Epcot to MGM stops at Beach/Yacht Club and Boardwalk in between. So, you can walk out the back of epcot, get on the boat, get off at any of the resorts, go out to the front of the resort and catch a bus to DTD.

If you are at the front of epcot, i'd reccomend getting on a bus from there to a resort (sarasota springs maybe? Its close to dtd) and then go from that resort to DTD.

Its a long walk from the front of epcot to the back. ;)

But keep in mind that the later it is the less frequently the buses run. I took the boat from Epcot to Boardwalk and spent some time at Jellyrolls (highly recommended!) and then we had to take the bus to DTD and transfer to get back to CBR. It was about 11-11:30 and the bus took maybe a half hour to get to the BW. Then it stops at S/D, Y/BC before it reached DTD. What a long trip. But it was free so why am I complaining? :confused3 :rotfl:

The boat between Epcot and MGM takes about 25-30 minutes and stops at Boardwalk, Yacht/Beach Club and the Swan and Dolphin. There is also a walking path that is faster, if you're up for it. Alternatively, you can walk part of the distance and catch the boat at any of the three stops if you get tired. The dock at Epcot is outside the International Gateway between England and France. The dock at MGM is to the far left as you exit the Studios.

Just to clarify that there is no boat from the Boardwalk to DTD. The two bodies of water are not connected. From Boardwalk, you must take a bus to get to DTD.

OKW also has boat service to DTD but the boats from OKW and SSR don't run that frequently.
