Any Disney Store employees here? Or, well, if you know anyway, quick question:

I want to get five gift cards with $52 each on them. (For a total of $260, or $10 for each year my girlfriend has been around, as a birthday gift)

The Gift Card site only lists preset prices. ($25/$50/$100, etc.) Would it be possible for me to buy $50 cards online, then drop into a store and have them add $2 to each one?

I can get the cards in the Disney Store directly and put $52 on each, but the choice of card designs is so limited.

I'm not sure if the pre-set amount cards are re-loadable, but I want to say they must be because it seems like they always ask if I want my card back...at the Disney store near me, they have lots of designs in store; when I've bought Disney gift cards at the super market or Walgreen's, they tend to only have one or 2 designs. If it's not an inconvenience, I'd give your Disney Store a shot first, but that's just my opinion.

I actually called my Disney Store today to verify that they can add funds to an existing Disney gift card. The gentleman said no problem and to come in whenever I am around with the card and add however much I wanted. So I am guessing you can give any amount and it can be added to any card, even if it was originally bought as a preset denomination. The card just notates the beginning balance.

You can add any amount to a gift card in store.

Good to know. I was concerned they were gonna pull some sort of "$5 minimum" thing on me.
