No, Butterbeer isn't sold bottled. They do sell pumpkin juice in a really neat bottle, though!
Do they sell it bottled? I have a friend who is an HP nut and hasnt been able to make the trip. WOuld love to bring back some.
THanks.
If you bring him/her back a pumpkin juice, and one of the collectible mugs the beer comes in, don't think they'll complain. Just avoid that overpriced yucky Hunnydukes candy....NEVER AGAIN!
PS: I'd also stick with the frozen butter beer, not the other kind.
The fruity chewy balls in the glass jars are delicious and a nice memento. Not a bad price either.
So what were the fizzing whizbees like? At this point I think I will only be buying chocolate for the souvenir packaging (and not much at that) and will save my eating treats for other kinds of candy.
The Fizzing Whizbees were just plain chocolates pressed into the shape of bees. That's all. I thought when I bought them they would be some type of novelty candy like have fizzing cream inside, or a pop rocks sensation when you ate them, but nope. Really all the chocolate I tried tasted exactly the same, with the exception of the added mint to the peppermint toads. About the only way I can sum it up is to say if you've ever had some of that very cheap drug store chocolate they put out for Easter, those bland easter bunnies...yeah it was THAT bad. I guess for kids who don't really care or know the difference between good chocolate and the generic bad kind these would be fine. Except they're charging you on par with higher quality candy and not proving you with it.
So yeah, if you do buy some of it, I'd stick to buying the chocolate frog, which was still bad and over priced, but at least you'll get the box and a holographic card to keep.

Well that's a total let down lol. I would have been expecting something along the lines of a poprocks/fizzy filling too! Thanks!

If you want something like that, get the Exploding Bonbons. They're white chocolate bonbons with dense citrus-y pop rock centers. I enjoyed them. They also come in a cool themed box
Are those in Honeydukes? Or are they at Zonko's? I firgure they'd be at Zonko's but if it's candy it could be in Honeydukes.....
I wonder why they didn't bottle or can it. In the HP books the characters are seen drinking butterbeer from bottles and cans (Mostly cans) more often than seen getting some from the Three Broomsticks itself (As they only get select weekends for going to Hogsmeade). But still, it'd have been even closer to the books. And they might make more money.
