quick question bout star wars weekends

Just curious...Im goin to disney world june 16-23...I was intrested in the whole star wars weekends thing..does anybody know if its worth it or maybe i should just ask what goes on at them...I know its kinda an obvious question but still im kinda curious thanks guys...Also wonderin how busy it gets

curious about this too...we are interested in making a quick weekend trip for this this year....dgf loves star wars (altho she HATES star tours!!!), and just wondering what goes on, if its worth checking out, etc....and will i be bored out of my mind since im NOT a star wars fan???

First the bad news from the date point of view. The dates for Star Wars Weekends are out and this year the weekends are from May 22nd through June 14th.

On the other hand, while I am biased, I just love Star Wars Weekends. And so I was (impatiently) waiting for the dates to be announced to book my trip - because, for me, it is that much fun. And this year, with May dates, I get Flower and Garden Festival ~ because who needs sleep. And the theory is that the May weekends will be less crowded. We'll see.

And you can choose your activity level. You can be immersed in Star Wars or you can pick a couple of Star Wars things to do and still have a mostly normal Studios day.

I've been a Star Wars fan forever and last year was my first trip to SW Weekends. It was great, it was hot but worth it! You do as much or as little as you want. It depends on you. Make sure to see the parade.
