Quick Question about using KTTW Card for Spa Services

Hi there! I'm planning my first trip to the World to celebrate my first Anniversary after our Disneyland Wedding. I'm really excited to finally experience Disney World and am trying to make it really magical for my husband. I was wondering if the KTTW card works from when you check in (if the room isn't ready yet) and also if it is accepted at the Mandara Spa at the Dolphin. I'm a little unclear about how that works.

not sure if Dolphin recognizes KTTW since they are are not a disney hotel. I think the spas are extra fee at most all resorts.

The Swan/Dolphin are not Disney resorts, so they don't accept the KTTW card. You will have to use your regular credit card/debit card.

Your KTTW card will work upon check-in with all functions, with the exception of room key. That is not functioning until your room is ready for occupancy.

If it is ready at check-in, it will work immediately.

The card is good until midnight of the day you check-out, including dining credits if you still have any.

Your kttw card will work for charging, dinning and park access as soon as you check in. This is regardless of weather your room is ready. You definitely can't use a kttw card in the Dolphin but if you have any treatments at the Niki Bryan spas at the GF, SSR, AKL etc can be charged to your room.
