Sorry if this has been asked before....

We have two queen pool view rooms booked at the HRH March 1 - 5. My husband in I will be in one and my teens in an adjoining room. I was wondering what the max occupancy is in those rooms, and if we could add my parents for just one of those nights?

They are in Florida for the month of March and have never been to Universal. We would want them to enjoy the parks and pool and the use of the hotel keys for rides, but they would only be joining us for that Friday.

Is this possible? I don't want to do anything tacky or sneaky. Lol Thanks!

You can have 2 adults and 3 kids under 18 in each two queen room with no extra charges. It wouldn't be sneaky or tacky at all!!!

list one teen and 2 adults for one room.
in the other room, list one teen and 2 adults.

that covers the 4 adults and 2 teens without extra charges.

if you have more than 2 guests over the age of 17, you have a surcharge of $25 per night on the room rate for extra adults.

just list the peeps as above and you will be fine.

Or just list two adults and two teens in one room and two adults in the other. Still no problems. You just don't want more than two adults in each room or else you get extra charges.

Thanks guys! I actually called the hotel to get the specifics. We are currently listed as one adult and one child per room. On the night my parents come, they will just add one adult in each room. Then we can "choose the sleeping arrangements however we wish". That is how she put it over the phone, lol.

Another quick question....how much is self parking at HRH? $20 is in my head but not sure if that's true.

$15 a night. We found it more convenient to use self-parking than waiting for valet on the trips where we went in and out often. The lot is close by and easily accessible. Have fun! :)

Hi....long time no DIS! Just booked a last minute trip for HRH, went last December for a company trip, hadn't been before that in years! Missed it! Looking forward to a long weekend with my kids this time.

How are you? I see you are trying to find rates for Oct? Is that your next trip?

It's $15 plus the tax, though, so in my head I budget around $20 per night for parking and call it good. :)
