We have annual passes that expire in January. We plan to renew them (hopefully with an offer to save money) in November. Anyway, I'll be making my February FP selections in December. Will Fast Pass selections be tied to the resort reservations, not the AP? I don't want renewing the annual passes to mess anything up with FP.

All you have to have is a valid ticket of some sort in order to make FPs. Having a reservation without a ticket won't cut it. All a reservation does is open the FP window at 60 days as opposed to 30 days (although there may not be a 60/30 day difference much longer).

If you renew in November, you'll have a valid ticket in place when you make FP in December. There won't be a problem.

Renewing the AP won't affect anything. You just have to have valid tickets to be able to select FP's. So your FP's are tied to your AP ticket but you get your 60 day window due to your reservation
