Quick question about dining plan

Hi, it’s been awhile since we’ve used the dining plan. We check in on Monday, leave Saturday. Does Saturday count as a day. Do we get 6 days of dining or 5? Thanks, I had also asked the question about steak house 71, if you can get a burger in their dining room, and if you could eat in the bar, off the dining room menu?
We’re on the dining plan , and as much as we enjoy eating at their bar, I would want to be able to choose off the full menu.

The dining plan is based on how many nights you are staying:

The dining plan is based on the number of nights you have booked.
The credits are good from the time you check in until 11:59pm the day of check out.

Not sure about your Steakhouse 71 question.
