Quick question about Crystal Palace breakfast..

Hi all!! We leave for our big family vacation in less than 5 days!! I just had a quick question... do they serve grits, applesauce, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, etc. at the Crystal palace breakfast?! The reason I ask is my sister has hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy and cant chew solid foods, I just want to make sure that there are options here for her as well! Or if we need to bring some food from the resort. Thank you so much for your help!!

We were just there on Thursday. I don't remember applesauce but I'd bet they could come up with some for you. They did have biscuits, gravy, grits, pancakes, eggs, etc. Sounds like they have lots of soft food options for your sis.

You can also call the restaurants ahead of time and speak with a chef who will order special ingredients and make a separate dish if needed. If they don't have oatmeal for instance, and you let them know her options are limited, they could arrange to have it on hand for her that morning.
