Quick question about booking over the phone

How much do you have to put down? Our trip is not until next May, I was just wondering if you have to pay in full, put down 50%, 25%, place a credit card on file (do they place a hold of just keep the info) etc... Thanks!

If you are doing a package your deposit is 200 and is due within 14 days. If you are doing a room only reservation you will need to put down a deposit equal to one nights stay plus tax and that is also due within 14 days.

With the package it is 100% refundable if you cancel before the 45 day mark. From the 45 day mark to before the 5 day mark there is a 100 cancelation fee. 5th day to arrival there is a 200 cancelation fee.

Room only is 100% refundable if you cancel before the 5th day prior to arrival.
