Quick Question about activating AP

I purchased our annual passes over the phone when I booked our room at RPR and they emailed me a confirmation along with another confirmation email regarding our room reservation. Where do I go to get the actual pass? Can I get it with the emailed confirmation there at RPR when we check in, or do I have to go to guest services? Thanks!!

It won't be at the check-in counter but will be at the tickets counter which is over near where you will get your express passes.

This. If you have any questions either ask at the desk when you check in or at the concierge desk any time. IIRC it's not always obvious for the first timer.

Funny story ... I was down at Portofino a few weeks ago for training in the conference center and thus was walking around for 3 days with a big fat name badge on my shirt. I got stopped somewhere between 10 and 15 times by guests looking for the ticket desk or the EP kiosk, because as we all know name badges mean you know stuff. Apparently those things are invisible for first timers :0)

Attractions desk is where you can pick up the ap

At rpr once you leave the check in counter, turn towards to the back of the building and walk to that glasse window section

On your left is the conceirge desk
Across from it will be ep photo I'd machines and attractions desk

If you look at the rpr sticky, we have pictures of that area

You'll remember what it looks like once you leave the check in process

One time I was asked that question while I was literally standing in front of the thing sipping on a Starbucks cold brew. I gave the guy the old bull fighter's ole ... and he laughed pretty hard.

Bottom line ... if you don't know what something actually looks like, even the most obvious thing in the world can be tough to spot.
