quick - pumpkin seeds !

we just carved pumpkins and am about to roast some pumpkin seeds......but, lately I've seen so many different versions of roasted pumpkin seeds ranging from boiling first in worstershire sauce to sugaring with cinnamon. So what's everybodys favorite? Which should I do? Or just stick to regular salt?:hyper:
 
I remember my dad rinsing them thoroughly, and then he would add them to the cast iron skillet, add salt and cook them on low basically stirring them constantly to keep them from burning.
 
I've never made them myself, but I do like them - send some over when they're done, whatever way you decide to cook them.;)
 
We rinse them well, then use salt to scrub them. Salt the heck out of them, spread them out on cookie sheets and put them in the oven on low to bake them.
