Quick procedural question for entry

We have early entry through the package we booked. The park is scheduled to open at 9 on Monday, so we can get in at 8. We will need to go to the kiosk to pick up our tickets. How early should we plan to be there? We are staying at the Fairfield Inn on International Drive. I know we will need to find a place to park, walk over, retrieve our tickets, etc. but not sure how long all of that should take. What time would you leave the hotel?

I would leave around 7 am at the latest.

Thanks for the input. That is kinda what I had thought. I'm hoping for a smooth day. We have a plan and I know that is half the battle to making it enjoyable.
