Sorry, i don't know much about the resorts and couldn't find the answer to this anywhere.... Can non-Poly guests visit the Poly beach to relax or watch the fireworks? (Or does this go along the lines of pool hopping? :p )

we have done this several times. The wishes fireworks are great to watch from the beach.

Add an O'Hanas dinner to the itineray and you've described yourself a perfect evenning! We enjoyed the fireworks from the pier with music piped in and then a short trip back to POR without fighting crowds. It's totally allowed.

Anne: I wish they'd enforce the beach policy the same way they enforce the pool policy. In my opinion, the ONE and ONLY drawback to the Polynesian is that it seems to be such a "public" resort, having so many people there who aren't guests and who aren't necessarily even having a meal there.

I don't imagine that any of the other resorts get as many people "just visiting" as the Polynesian does. While we're there in July, I'm hoping there will be a tiny patch of beach left for my family to stand on.

(Don't flame me, this is just my opinion based on what I've read and observed). :)
