If I bought DVC VGC tomorrow, would my UY be July?

I don't think there are any July use years. There are 4 months that are never UY - January, May, July and November, I believe. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't know about GVC, but BLT is currently being sold with Feb UY - but if that doesn't work for you, they can give you any UY you ask for.

Your UY can be what you need it to be. Tell your Guide which UY you want.
