My nephew sprained his ankle and we leave in 8 days. I know it might be feeling better by then, but we have to buy something TODAY just incase.

he is 5, 43 inches around 40 lbs.

I am going to ebay either a Volo or a Quest but I have to do it right away! Is a Quest really much more heavy/bulky than a Volo?

I a hesitant to by a volo because I will resell as soon as I get home and I think people will scoff at the non-recline. maybe not?

It is only a $30 difference.

Not interested in the Triumph

We have both-- there is definitely a difference in weight-- but I still can't say the quest is "heavy." The volo is the easier one to use in Disney (imho). I guess it all depends on your nephew's sleeping preferences, lol. DD slept easily in her Volo, still does.

Who cares what people think about the recline at home or at WDW? I bet you could resell easily when you get home. I just sold a Triumph on craigslist for over $100!

I have a Quest and love it...very durable for my 42lb 5 year old.....I thought the volo was cheaply made..very flimsy.

We "test drove" both at BabiesRUs before buying two volos on ebay for our first trip. Both my little ones (4 and almost 2 at the time) prefered the Volo. The mesh back was cooler for Disney in the summer and they felt that the seats molded to their bottoms so they sat back more comfortably in the Volo than in the upright position of the Quest.

If I was using it for a baby, I would buy the Quest. We never needed them to recline and are on our third year of using the strollers.

Edited: oops, I was thinking of the Triumph. But I'm pretty sure there is little difference between the Triumph and the Quest. Same hood shape, same frame. I think the Quest might just have nicer fabric/more padding.

It had a "leg rest." An expensive, not-so-grest leg rest. :confused3

ahh. That was probably the selling point for me. He should be able to walk some by the time we go, so he won't need to sleep in it, I assume, just sit when his ankle gets a bit sore, which I am sure that it will.

Thanks for all the suggestions...I am leaning toward the volo...I think. I better make my choice quick.

The "leg rest" is just the little bars on the side extending out, with a strap supporting the kids' legs. I'd rather call it a "seat extension." :)

The volos are nice, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Oh I just meant I wasn't craigslist peeps would buy a stroller with out a recline. I, nor he, care at all.

Nah. If they're looking for a Volo, they're not looking a recline. :)
