Quick help needed from F&W festival expert?

I need to make my PS for my trip soon and have a few questions. How hard is it to get last minute PS during the festival? Can anyone that has done the wine pairing tell me about it as i'm tring to figure out if i'll still need dinner resv. that night? Thanks for your help.

Most of the special events sell out before hand.

The wine paring is three appetizer size portions w/wine..you will probably want to eat again for dinner.

As far a ps's..we usually eat at least one meal..mainly just to sit and relax. We didn't have any trouble getting in last year..but, you never know..we could have been there on a less busy weekend. All depends on the day.

Weekends can be difficult (but not impossible) especially at the popular places (Le Cellier, etc.). During the week though we very often called the WDW-Dine number for a dinner reservation while enjoying, oh, let's say margaritas in Mexico.

You will love the F&W! One of our goals this year is to do the beer seminars. We never found the time last year!
