Quick GF Breakfast Downtown Disney?

Fist time to DL in years! We will be checking in very early at VGC, and hope to get to Early Open at DL park at 9. Since we don't have a lunch reservation until noon, it would be good to eat.

DD and I are both gluten intolerant. Can we get any breakfast items in DTD at someplace like La Brea, Jazz Kitchen Express, or Cafe Renee?

I would imagine that Uva Bar would work for us, but that's a table service, right? And I'm pretty sure Earl of Sandwich does not have GF options.

We could always have coffee and get something in the park.

Try White Water Snacks at the Grand Californian. They are Quick Service and are open for breakfast.

I would also suggest White Water Snacks. I'm gluten intolerant also and opt for their breakfast burrito w/out the tortilla.
