Quick Disneyland Trip Friday, June 30

My best friend and I decided to head down to DL after work on Friday because we were dying to ride Pirates! It was pretty crowded when we got there, but the crowds were still manageable. The line for Pirates was 25 minutes and it quickly passed by. The ride is great! Everyone is saying the same thing and they are right! The most annoying thing is that EVERYONE is taking flash photgraphy. It was mega annoying and blinding! I hope this stops as the hype dies down a bit.

We grabbed FP for Indy at 7 with a return time for 9, not too bad! I believe that at 7, Thunder Mountain was 20 minutes, Buzz 25 minutes, Space 45 minute, Haunted Mansion 5 minutes and Splash 75 minutes. I was really expecting it to be more crowded!

It was hot and stuffy! We were completely fine in tank tops and capris and I get cold pretty easily! Towards the end of the night, the walkways and stores were packed! The food lines were bad too!

We ate at Cafe Orleans. We were able to walk right up with no ADR around 7:15 and got right in. The food was good, I just hate the split plate charge! Give us a break!

All in all, it was a great night! Here are some pictures! I will be back Wednesday through Friday staying at the Howard Johnson.

Great pics! We were there Tues-Fri and I noticed that it started getting way more crowded Friday afternoon/evening. But for some reason the ride lines were not that bad and Friday night we did Star Tours (sign said 10 minutes but it was actually 6), Buzz, BTMRR, plus used up our FP for Space, Splash, and Indy. We ate at Pizza Port, it was pretty crowded even at 10pm.

I heard if you just nibble off each other's plates you do not get the split plate charge.

I will be back for 3 days starting tomorrow! Heres hoping all the 4th of July weekend people go home!
