We had breakfast at CRT on May 20th. We had a reservation for 11 (9 adults, 2 infants), but needed one for 12. I called twice per day for a week leading up to our ressie, and never had luck adding the 12th. We showed up for our 8:25am reservation at 8:20am (wish we had been earlier for pre-opening photos, grrrr) and it was easy as pie to add our 12th person! Yay! We were off to a good start.
We were immediately led into the entrance room with Cinderella. There were some families in front of us and my DD was so excited. Cinderella was very sweet with DD and my Dnephew who is 5m old. We had individual pictures of DD, a big group shot, and a smaller group shot of DSister, BIL, and DN.
We were then led upstairs. Our tables were to the right in the upper level. We had the entire banquet and 3 tables for our party. They allowed DSis to bring the stroller for DN since he slept some and doesn't sit in high chairs. We loved our section b/c we had plenty of room and had a nice view of the dining area.

Our serving team was two men, though I can't remember names. Our lead server was great and very upbeat. Our assistant was not overly enthusiastic or nice, and wasn't on top of refills.
Our glasses were immediately filled with orange juice (later only one of our tables were given refills; the rest of us had to ask the lead server) and we were given menus. The hostess who sat us brought DD her wand, wishing star, and a coloring sheet with a crayon.
We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary and it was noted by our server. I had done research on here before we went about the all-you-care-to-eat versus 1-plate policy at CRT. My mom asked our server if we could order an extra Caramel Apple Stuffed French Toast for the group to share. Our server said it wasn't usually allowed, but he'd make it happen.
I apologize for not having pictures of everything, but we were given 3 plates of pastries for our group (we were at 3 side-by-side tables). Blueberry muffin, cinnamon roll, apple cinnamon pastry, a fruit jelly pastry, and cheese danish. I liked the cinnamon roll.
One of my BILs and I ordered the: Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Feta and Egg Custard, Garlic Spinach, and Blood Orange Gastrique. I asked for the steak to be medium. When the dishes arrived, the steak was still pink, just like I asked for. BIL's dish curiously had scrambled eggs instead of the egg custard. After a few minutes, he was able to flag down the assistant server to ask for the eggs that came with the dish. Probably 5-10 minutes later, our lead server brought out a brand new steak dish with the egg custard. Apparently the kitchen had temporarily run out but did not tell our server that! So we ended up with 3 steak dishes.

I LOVED this. I really can't say enough about it. The feta flavor really came through in the egg custard. My steak was the correct temperature. The spinach was a nice addition, as well as the roasted tomato. The blood orange gastrique helped cut the saltiness of the feta. I've read so many bad reviews of CRT, but I was truly blown away. The other table also really enjoyed this dish!
We had several orders of the Lobster and Crab Crêpes: Warm Cheese-filled Crêpes topped with Spinach, Sautéed Lobster, and Blue Crab Meat with a Poached Egg perched on top and draped in Hollandaise Sauce. It was a hit with everyone.
We had one order of Baked Quiche: Goat Cheese, Spinach, and Mushroom Quiche with a dollop of Goat Cheese Cream served with Rosemary-Lemon Roasted Potatoes tossed with Arugula. It was yummy, and very filling.
Finally, the Caramel Apple Stuffed French Toast: Decadent French Toast stuffed with sweet Cream Cheese, baked with Caramel Apples, and drizzled with a Calvados Caramel Sauce. Our server came through and brought us 3 extra servings of this--one for each table! How generous! It was delicious. Like a bread pudding.
Like I said, I have read many bad reviews on here of CRT, as well as a friend who disliked her experience lately. I was really concerned, especially because we have several in our group who work in the restaurant industry and DH & I are wannabe foodies. We were not disappointed. Neither did we ever feel rushed. We were treated well, respectfully, and the princesses were great, too!
DD loved it. The nice hostess from the beginning ended up bringing DD 6 extra wishing stars to take home. She was also brought a birthday cupcake with a candle and we sang Happy Birthday! I got video of this, but no pictures that I can share right now. It was fun.
All in all, we loved it. We'll definitely go back next trip!
