Quick, cash duck help please

I have earned over the 200 dollars for the month, but did not receive the 10 bonus. My question is this, is it because I cashed out in smaller amounts? If so can I cancel those, get my bonus and then re cash out tonight to still get them by the 25th of June? Hope this make sense. I keep trying to IM Kira but it says server not avail.

That shouldn't make a difference. You get it as soon as you hit $200. I have gotten it right away for the last two months. Maybe she is a little slow since it is the last day of the month.
