quick breakfast options?

Are there any places where you can just pick up a piece of fruit/muffins/bagels at the deluxe resorts or inside the parks? We're not big breakfast eaters, but we need a little something to get us going in the mornings, so I'm trying to decide which dining plan would work best for us, or if CL would work better.

If you are staying at a deluxe resort, you will have a fridge in your room. You can pick up fruit and bakery items at any time during the day before and stock them in your fridge for breakfast the next morning. Very convenient for setting your own morning pace.

We did this not only with the quick service location at our resort, but also at other locations throughout the parks on the way back to the hotel, if there was a snack we wanted for later.

Yes, I just found a list of items on the Disney Dining plan thread!
Lots of items would work out great for breakfast using our snack option! But I really like the idea of picking them up the day before and storing in the fridge! Nice idea!!!

My personal favorite was the mixed fruit bowl. It had fresh cantalope, honeydew and grapes. It was surprisingly fresh, with firm, juicy, ripe fruit. Combined with a tasty bakery item, it made a lovely breakfast sitting on the balcony.

That sounds perfect to me! I would much rather sit on the balcony and enjoy my light breakfast with a cup of coffee instead of scarfing it down running through the parks!
