Quick breakfast options at GF?

Hi. It's been awhile since I have been at Disney. Are there any quick breakfast options at the Grand Floridian or is it all sit down?

Thanks, I am the type of person who needs to eat breakfast ASAP after waking up. We are having breakfast one morning at the Kona Cafe due to their awesome-looking menu

GF has a place called Gasparilla Grill, it is a QS/snack "restaurant"/arcade. You can get muffins, cereal, egg dishes, pancakes, etc...
When we stay at GF we eat there almost every day for breakfast unless we want a big meal.
The Grand Floridian Cafe has a TS breakfast & 1900 Park Fare has a character breakfast.

Gasparilla's had a very good breakfast. They even had the thick bacon -- not that thin-as-tissue-paper stuff you get everywhere else.

the sandwiches and wraps are also excellent at Gasparillas later in the day.
