Quick assistance with code needed

My TA is on the phone with Disney trying to get the code applied and they said it wasn't valid? QXD for dining package.
I have 5 days, with 1 day base ticket, and dining plan . help

oh, i just wondering if i had to buy lenght of stay tickets in order to get the discount?

The code is valid but your resort and dates might not have availability. Have the TA check other resorts.

That is my guess too. There may not be availability for the resort and room type you have booked during your current res. Unless there is a block out period and you are arriving during that time frame.
