Quick Annual Pass/DDE Questions

I'm 100% certain this has been asked before, but I can't get the search to work...

Do you have to call Member Services to purchase Annual Passes with the DVC discount? Or, can you go to, for example, Downtown Disney Guest Services to purchase the passes?

Also, I just want to verify that you can purchase the Disney Dining Experience card at Guest Relations at any park. And/or - do you need to have an annual pass prior to purchasing the card? For example, can we order the DDE card now and purchase the annual passes when we arrive, or do we need to have the annual pass prior to purchasing the DDE?

You can purchase the AP & DDE card on property. This can be done at any guest services location. Those include all the theme parks and downtown disney. You will need your dvc member card and photo id for all adults showing the same address as the member.

And you will need to have the AP, or a voucher, to get the DDE. So I would just get the AP and DDE at guest services.
