Quick and probably obvious magic band question

Hey all

Just wanted someone to confirm my thoughts and put my mind at ease please.

We are staying offsite and have ticket vouchers purchased through TCD.

I'm assuming I can go to DTD and swap for magic bands (paying the $12? each).

Could someone please confirm that this is correct?

You don't swap, but you can buy magic bands and they will link them to your tickets, so you can use them for your park entry and your FP+ after that

as long as your tickets are linked to your MDX account, you can buy MBs anywhere on property.
The CM at the register will link the MB to your account, and then your MB will be able to access them.

As long as the tickets and MBs are linked to the same account then there is no problem. You can buy the at the airport (MCO) if your weren't heading to DTD for any other reason.

Also they don't need to link them you can do that yourself using the code inside the band- it's really easy to do
