Hi Jane,
As far as I can tell Q&Cs can be used by mere Brits, providing you can get hold of them..
Obviously there's the whole e-bay route (I bought 4 Vacation Kingdom Lunch vouchers last month- hassle-free, arrived v. promptly and not too bad a price!), although the consensus on the Budget board seems to be that these are grotesquely over-priced.

Which can really add up with the Quick & Casuals..
In a couple of weeks, I'm going to try joining Hotwire, the US savings club that sells them directly to the consumer (whereas Disney only sells them to big groups..). I understand that they probably won't send them to the UK, so I will be hoping to get them shipped straight to the hotel..
Has anyone else done this, or tried to do it and failed? Answers on a postcard, people..
There is another broker that Brits can definitely use
try here.. They sell Q&C and Character Breakfast vouchers, at cheaper than e-bay rates..
Hope this garbled message helps,
cocinelle
