Hi, we are considering going to WDW for 3 weeks either the last week October/first 2 weeks of November or from approx 6th Dec to 29th Dec next year. Pricewise they cost is pretty similar and the deciding factor is queue times and crowds.
We had our first trip this year and by accident our second week fell in spring break and it was a nightmare with huge crowds and queue times were ridiculous.
Seem to get conflicting advice on which time is best to go any advice?

First off, let me say that I have not been at either time. But we are going this December, 5-12. When deciding when to go in December numerous people told us to stay away from directly before or after xmas as the crowds are horrific. Twice the MK was closed due to reaching full capacity! That being said, we really wanted to be there for the xmas decorations...we are going early Dec and were told it won't be too bad then.
Hope this helps.

If crowds are the deciding factor, then there's no question. October/November will be way less busy.

Christmas week is the single busiest week of the year.

Up until December 18th it is great.Once Dec 19th rolls around it is the busiest Disney ever gets.Wall to wall people with wait times over 2 hrs for attractions. It stays this way till about Jan 2nd

We went Dec 26-Jan 5, 2008/2009. It was very crowded until Jan 2 or 3. Although we had a lot of fun, I would probably not choose that time again, unless it was my only option.
