queston about 1000 film and advantix 200 for disney

Last yr I used advantix 400 at disney but would prefer using 200 when we go in dec. Camera experts if it's cloudy will 200 be ok? I have a Canon elph with a built in flash.

Also how is 35mm 1000 speed these days. I haven't used it in yrs but am thinking about using it for some of the indoor shows/rides where flash is not allowed. Is it still real grainy as it was 10 or 15 yrs ago?

I'm trying to avoid bring the video camera this time.

200 will be fine for a cloudy day, unless you are trying to capture action, in which case you may be blurred.

I haven't used 1000 film in some time, but we used 800 on our last trip to capture Spectro and Fantasmic, and it worked pretty well. I was pleased with the results. I didn't blow up any pictures, but the 4 x 6 prints look great. Good luck!

Outside, of the 200 doesn't work well, your flash will be usless, I doubt if it is that powerful.

I like having 400 speed film in case I want to take a picture from TTA or something like that. However, if you have a higher speed film loaded in another camera, I guess you could use that instead.

I'll check that out.
I'm also taking 3 rolls of 400 for action type pictures. With the camera I have(the canon) I can take the film out before the roll is done and pop in a diff. film and switch back and forth between 200 and 400, but want to mostly use 200, sounds like it will work!
I don't think my flash is very strong but last yr I used 400 advantix with flash and got some decent pictures of spectro and fantasmic.
