How do DVC members get their luggage tags for their resort and also booking Magical Express?

You book Magical Express either via web or by calling member services. ME sends the yellow tags.

DVC does not get the character souvenir tags, as those only come with cash packages.

It's on the back of your blue member card. If you're not a member, you can't call Member Services. If you are renting points, the person you rented from needs to make the arrangements.
