Okay, so me, my girlfriend and 2 others are coming February 25-27th, park to park passes, hoping to play hard all three days... I understand fall out boy is playing... What kind of crowd should I be looking at those days? I'm also factoring in weather with this El Nino year.

It's my 7th time, her 2nd and the other two have never been, what should we hit first to show them just how amazing it really is?

And for motionsickness, we went last April, and by the time we left, I felt sick, bad sick all three days... Even with Dramamine, what work better?

I really want to show my friends a heck of a time!

Lots of people swear by the Scopolamine Patch. Talk to your dr. about it. I'd start at Diagon Alley and then do Transformers and Mummy, then Men in Black.

Did you notice which rides made you sicker than others?

With my husband, it's twirling rides...he can't ride Storm's teacups (as we call it :) ) or Men in Black and couldn't ride Cat in the Hat until recently, when they slowed down the spinning. Even then, it's once a day for him. But the screen rides don't bother him.

My mom has issues with the screens. She gets very queasy after riding Transformers, Spider-Man, Minions (even in stationary seating), and Forbidden Journey. She avoids Simpsons like the plague! She loves Harry Potter, so she does ride Forbidden Journey once every trip, but she's never seen the whole thing. Closing her eyes really helps her on FJ, Spider-Man, and Transformers.

Some things will work better for others and vice versa. A lot of people swear by ginger (chews, gum, candies).

I would expect the front of USO to be pretty crowded after about 5pm with folks getting in position for the concert. I agree check on the patch, I've also heard a lot of folks saying it works way better in this situation, and the one time I used it, it certainly was much improved.

I haven't tried these at universal yet (leaving TONIGHT! Woo) but I should be able to give you a review in a few days. I got patches for a cruise I took in November and put one on a day early so I could ride star tours at Disney's Hollywood Studios since it is not possible for me to ride regularly. It worked! I could watch the screen the whole time. I am planning on wearing patches at universal and I will let you know how it goes.

They do require a prescription from a physician but as far as I know there's no risk of abuse and my general practitioner gave me the prescription with no trouble.
