Im on a tight budget, and I was wondering a few things!!
Are the only chairs available the options they show on the main Disney weddings website? I'm not sure about this, but I am fairly certain they could get you whatever you want. However, different chairs come with a HEFTY delivery charge. (It's either $200 or $500, I can't remember.)
Will they charge for use of the chairs for the ceremony?
I'm not sure what you mean. Each chair has a pricetag (the ones I fell in love with were $13.50 a chair---alas, that did not happen---) and a delivery charge and taxes and fees and whatnot. There is no fee beyond that.
I was hoping to hang a kissing ball above the alter location at SBP, will that be possible? I realize this may be a question I get answered by personal experience e, but I was hoping for someone else's!!! Lol
I don't see why not! I haven't seen this done though.
How long do I have the ceremony venue for?
However long your ceremony is. We had a short ceremony, so we didn't have it for very long, but we also weren't cleared out right away. We had plenty of time to take pictures.
Are live musicians the only option for SBP?
No, you can have an ipod setup. You can either rent one from Disney or you can bring your own.
Can I make my own programs?
Sure thing! Your WP may or may not put them out for you--- this is dependent upon your planner and the time of day.
Will Disney provide ushers? Or can I provide my own???
Disney doesn't provide "ushers" per say. There will be someone there to tell your guests where to sit though. You can definitely have your own.
What are my arrival transportation options for SBP? I really wanted that model A!
You can have almost anything you want, including Cindy's coach! We had the Model A Ford at SBP. If you'd like pictures, follow the link to my TR--- they're somewhere in there.
If I'm having a wishes wedding, is it possible to have to reception at the same location to save money?
This wouldn't necessarily save you money. A lot of the reception venues don't have rental fees, just food and beverage minimums. There is a recent disbride who is having her cocktail hour at SBP, but I've never seen a reception there and I have a feeling they'd frown upon it. It's not close to a central kitchen.
Hope that helps!
That's all for now I think....
