Questions-Sheraton Vistana

I am looking at offsite for trip in late May/Early June. I noticed Sheraton Vistana Resort and Sheraton Vistana Villages both have good rates for 2 bedroom villas ($139 per night no housekeeping through Dreams Unltd). I have stayed offsite quite a few times but always in the 192 area. Can anyone tell me:

How far each of these resorts are from the parks? I looked it up on Mapquest but that doesn't give me an indication of stoplights, traffic etc. Are these resorts as close as Windsor Hills?

The Villas look nicer than the pictures of the Resort. It seems the Resort has yet to be fully rehabbed. However the Resort looks much closer to the parks. Can anyone compare/contrast the two?

I am also looking at Windsor Hills because that is my favorite place to stay-in the 3BR townhouses. But I like that Sheraton Vistana has an easier cancellation clause because I am making plas with a friend and don't want to be locked into a 2-3 BR if something happens. Although, at $139 a night that's MUCH cheaper than on-property.

We are headed to the Villas in 2 weeks. We did a timeshare presentation there a few years ago and it was amazing. The Resort gets very poor reviews on Trip advisor for what it is worth. As for driving, we stayed right across the road from Villas at Floridays and the drive to the Disney parks is about 12 minutes ball park and really easy to find. You'll need a car - the shuttles are few and far between.
