Questions regarding upcoming trip...

This fall is the first time we are going to Disney and not staying on site (Bonnet Creek instead!) so here are my questions...

1) I purchased the MNSSHP tickets....will we receive magic bands for this or regular tickets?
2) We have old magic bands from last trip, but if we purchase 11 new bands how do those "bands" know who we are and how do we get them activated to be linked to our fastpasses/MNSSHP/memory maker etc...
