Questions regarding Holiday Inn Family Suites...

We are planning our first trip to the World for October 13th through the 20th. (DH, 2 DD, ages 7 and 4, and myself) This is the place we are hoping to stay and I needed a couple of questions answered.

The posts have been wonderful about this site and we are very interested in staying here, but I have a few questions that I hope some of you can answer...

1. How does their shuttle service to the World work?
I am curious to know whether we should get a rental car or just continue to plan on booking with Tiffany to and from the airport and use their services...

2. Do they have onsite laundy facilities..
I know - who wants to do laundry on vacation, but packing less is better with less luggage to search for at the airport..

Your help is greatly appreciated...

For shuttle service they have a schedule at the front desk of departure and pick up times for each park, and you simply pencil in your request.
Laundry is located in a couple of places, I used one in the 9th building on the 6th floor.
This hotel is excellent, we are going back in 6 weeks, can't wait.

There was one facility in the west court, and two in the east court if I correctly remember. The facilities were clean and well lighted.

This is what we did and it worked out great! Tiffany Towncar picked us up at the airport (great idea because no hassle trying to get luggage AND a rental, and just relaxed for the ride). Used HIFS shuttle next AM to MK, at our planned break time, picked up rental at Dolphin hotel (easy easy easy) and went back to hotel.

When we wanted to split up, my husband and son took the rental and my little one and I used the HIFS shuttle.

Last day, just dropped the rental off at the Dolphin (don't even have to go inside) and our Tiffany driver was there waiting for us to take us to airport.

Before we left I did laundry which was a great convenience because usually I end up taking home so many dirty cloths. The laundry area was NEAT & CLEAN. When I got home it was a relief to just put the clean cloths away instead of having to do laundry.
