Questions on the new FP "option"

So I've been struggling with how to take advantage of the new FP "4th option" and park hop. My first question is, with the new "4th" FP, we can use that in a different park correct BUT we have to be in that park at a kiosk? Also, can we only get a 4th FP after we use all our initial 3 or can we get it after we use our first one (so you'll always have 3)?

Last question since I never paid attention on using the kiosk's - do we all have to be present at the kiosk in order to FP the entire party or can I do it for all 5 of us?

Yes, you can use it in a different park
Yes, you have to be at that park and use the kiosk
You have to use all three FP's before you can get a fourth

You can go to the kiosk and make the reservations for all the parties. They only need one MB to access your account to add the FP's on

Checked yesterday was told all 3 fast passes have to be used or the time expired before you can get the 4th. You have to use the kiosk. I always use my phone so I don't know how the kiosk works.

Thanks! That makes it harder to park hop since I don't want to rush only to find out there are no good FP's left! "Beam me to MK Scotty"...

This! I've been planning for months but never bothered to pay attention to the "kiosk rules" since I wasn't planning to use them!!!!
