Questions On Some Different Villas

I have a friend who can stay at a choice of the following villas & I was wondering if anyone has stayed at any of them & could give me opinions?

Summer Bay Resort

Lake Berkley Resort

Villas At Island Club

Florida Vacation Villas

Westgate Villas

Windsor Palms Resort

Royal Palm Bay

Grand Palms Vacation Resort

Any info you can give me on any of the above resorts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have only really heard of Summer Bay and that is the one I would pick..

I have heard of Westgate Villas and not go on there timeshare tours.


I head a some good things about Summer Bay Resort.

I haven't heard a lot of good things about Westgate, so I'd skip that one.

I have stayed at Windsor Palms. That is a nearly new property and is quite nice. We stayed in a 3-bed condo. There are also townhomes and pool homes. The clubhouse has a community pool, game room, exercise room, theater and sundry shop. It is a private gated community and is very well maintained. I would highly recommend it. Location is also very good - close to Disney and convenient to shopping and dining along 192 West.

Have you got any more info about Windsor Palms? I am trying to look into it for next year. I am unsure as to where it is. YOu say it is new but is it next to Wyndham Palms Golf Resort?
Or is it someplace else. Someone Said it is near Splendid China but I cannot figure exactly where that is. Is it in Kissimee?

WINDSOR Palms is on Formosa Gardens Blvd. From Disney, take 192 West. Turn Left on Formosa - at the Splendid China sign. Go all the way down that road and Windsor is at the end on the right.

I believe Wyndham is over near Lake Buena Vista but I'm not positive about that.
