questions on renting points out?

hello,

if anyone could answer these questions i would appreciate it.

when renting out points::

1. do you book in the persons name that rents the points?

2. when do you collect from the person? at time of booking? or some set date before the vacation?
2a. if not a time of booking i assume you must take some kind of deposit? yes or no?

3. is this a hard process with dvc to rent out the points?

the reason for all of this is i will not be going to disney in 2006 and i have 400 points at bcv for possible rent. i have never rented out my points and want to make sure i do it correctly
