Has anyone been on the Platinum Plan lately?
Did you make your own PSs, or wait for the Itinerary Planner to make them for you?
I know when we went in 2002 on the Grand Plan, we got all our PSs and activities booked through the Itinerary Planner (except MNSSHP tickets)
But, once again, I'm starting to panic that we may not hear from Disney until after the 180 day PS time frame and now I'm paying a fortune and not even getting the PSs I want.
Thanks!

Like you, my family has done the Grand Plan a few times. We haven't done the plan since the name changed but I am toying with booking it for a portion of one of our upcoming trips. If I were you, I would contact the Platinum Plan folks shortly just to let them know that you are (a) alive and (b) an active planner. I would think that the more advance notice they have regarding the activities that your family wants to do, the easier their job will be in pulling the proverbial rabbit out of the hat.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation. We'll be at WDW, too, for Halloween (and maybe on the Platinum Plan).

If you booked Platinum Plan, it should download to the concierge system a day after (or at least 4 months) which ever is sooner. The Platinum Plan coordinator should then phone you. Sometimes it is difficult because they do not have access to your phone number and have to go through your travel agent to get. If you've booked, I'd call them just to let them know. From that point on, they should take care of you until you check in..from booking all your priority seatings to all of your recreational activities included.
