How do I find out about those "Attend a Time Share Conference where we talk about how fantastic it is to buy a time share and make you say no 53,000 times before we let you go, but we'll give you a cheap room for coming" meetings?

DH and I are looking at tacking on a few days to a week on our November trip and would like to do this sort of thing, hoping for even a free room if that's possible!

one place to look is on ebay.
its not free, but it is pretty darn inexpensive.
we purchased a week at silver lake. the spheel was as expected, but we got out of there under 90 minutes ( they actally wrote the time we started on the paper). only took about a dozen "NO's". (the units they try to sell you are HUGE & gorgeous,, but hey,, $$$$$$ nope).
just do not open your mouth more than you have to. do NOT ask questions or that leads to more discussion. tell 'em you don't care if its able to be deeded to your kids,, they are out of the will anyway:rotfl2: .
ask how much the maintenance fees are...... then tell them for THAT alone you can rent a 3 bedroom private pool home for a week!!!.
*tell 'em* unless you are reallly young ,, by the time you pay off their loan ( they keep dropping it from 500 to 120 a month <imagine how long that will take at what:eek: interest> ) you will be dead...... :rotfl: at least we might..

:lmao: Too funny, thank you for the advice!

I would have never thought to look on eBay. I will check that out.

Go to www.orlandoescape.com and you will see they have really cheap four day packages, including hotel and park tickets for only $249 the catch is that you have to do a 90 minute preview of a Sheraton timeshare. I actually called about this one and if you need additional tickets, you can buy them at a discount.
There a dozen or so different packages, like Seaworld, Discovery Cove, Disney etc and you can get just a hotel if you want w/o the tickets for like $30 per night. Hope this help you!!

YOu can even contact the big hotel chains as they all have timeshare resorts in Orlando. They do sell these packages directly. I know that Marriott has a web link to those that they off, if I find it I will post it here.

marriotts are the best but hiltons are nice as well. Check out the special offers section of this site...
