Are all these above places where you don't need reservations but just walk up? I'm just so use to booking all character type meals. I know Blue Bayou I'm going to get a ressie for but the ones above, wasn't sure but don't think you do. Just wanted to double check with all my fellow disboarders :)

Also, has anyone done Plaza Inn for dinner versus the Minnie and Friends @ breakfast and is it any good? Just trying to do some different things, although we really LOVED the breakfast @ Minnie's......

Thanks in advance!

I have never had a reservation to eat at any of those restaurants. Inside the park the only place I've ever had a ressie was BB.

I would get PS for Cafe Orleans & Carnation Cafe as well. Both are very good & popular!!

River Belle Terrace & French Market is a walk-up restaurant.

We've never done the Plaza Inn for anything other than the Minnie & friends meal but I've heard the chicken dinner is very good there.

The Plaza Inn is one of our favorites for dinner. The chicken is very good and my kids love the pasta!

Normally, we will have a late dinner there and try get a table outside so we can watch the fireworks from our seats.

When you eat there, remember to ask a CM for a "to go" cup for your drink. At night it's nice to walk away with a hot chocolate or cup of coffee.

We always make ressie's for Cafe Orleans and Carnation Cafe. When were are there it never seems to be any openings(very rare) when we have tried to walk up. Plaza Inn is another one.

We too tend to make ressies for CO & CC, it's just easier that way. Especially at CC where there are about 15 tables.... :)

Agreeing with what others have said: it's best to have a PS for Carnation Cafe' and Cafe' Orleans, especially during busier times at the Park (weekends, spring break time, winter break time).

About Plaza Inn: their fried chicken dinner is really good, as are the kids' pasta meals :thumbsup2
