We're staying at Pop Century in June. If we choose to drive to a park some days instead of riding the bus, do you get to park for free?

How do they work the extra magic hours in the evening? I've heard something about bracelets you have to get.

Hi,

You are correct on both counts!

Parking at the theme parks is free if you are staying at a Disney resort.

For Evening EMH you must show your room key at designated spots in the EMH park to get your bracelet. You will need to show your bracelet to get on any attractions during EMH.
