Questions- Haven't used Priceline in years.

I am finding the priceline website a little challenging and hope someone can help. I just tried priceline for airfare to Ohio over July 4th weekend. I haven't used priceline for airfare in YEARS, so was a little confused. Do they not give you options to change for rebidding? They couldn't find my price so offered me a "deal" that is only $20 per ticket less than the published price, with no chance to say no thanks, or to change trip parameters like jet/nonjet, off-peak hours, or to raise my price. Did I miss something? Also, how soon can I re-bid for the same trip at a different price?
