Questions from first time DL visitor

Hi,

I was hoping someone could answer my questions. We are visiting on June 24th and 25th. We'll have one park a day passes. I see that Disneyland has early admission on June 24th and California has early admission on June 25th. Is it best for us to plan our first day at California since there is no early admission (thinking it would be less crowded)?

Also, is there any issue with leaving the park and re-entering the same one later in the day? Can you have your hand stamped or does the one park a day ticket allow for re-entry?

Also wondering about World of Color FP's. I heard there was somewhere you can enter before the park opens to line up for the FP for WOC, is this true? If so, where is this?

Thanks in advance...

I prefer to start in the park without early entry since you can get several rides done with little wait.

Also, is there any issue with leaving the park and re-entering the same one later in the day? Can you have your hand stamped or does the one park a day ticket allow for re-entry? You can re-enter as long as you have your ticket and a hand stamp.

Also wondering about World of Color FP's. I heard there was somewhere you can enter before the park opens to line up for the FP for WOC, is this true? If so, where is this? WOC FP's are not hugely popular. When you are in the area of Grizzly River Run, pick up your WOC FP - They are dispensed at the GRR FP machines.

Thanks in advance...

Have fun!

I don't have strong feelings about EMH/MM days. Unless you are planning on heading to one of the major rides right at rope drop, the effects of EMH/MM tend to disapte really quickly because it's only one hour and only a fairly limited number of guests have access. If seeing Anna & Elsa or riding Peter Pan are a prioirty at DL and/or riding TSM and RSR are priorities at DCA, then I would plan to go on the non-EMH/MM morning.

As long as the park does not reach capacity (highly unlikely because that only tends to happen on Christmas Day, July 4th), you can exit and re-enter the park as many times as you'd like during the day. Make sure you get a hand stamp before you exit and the ticket you used to enter the park.

WoC FPs are distributed at Grizzly Rapids in DCA. It's not really necessary to get into the park before rope drop to get a WoC FP. They're not nearly as popular anymore, so they should last well into the day.

Are you in the habit of arriving to the parks before they open? if so, starting at the park opposite EMH is generally a good idea. If you are in the habit of arriving 1-2 hours after the parks open it really will not matter which park you visit.
