Questions from a point borrower...

Ok, we've borrowed points, we have our reservation, now the big questions... Do we get the same priveledges as members?Do we get free valet parking too? Do we get free parking at the parks? Do we get EMH mornings as resort guests do? Anything else I should know before I arrive? Thanks!

when you check in - if your resort ID says DVC member - then yes you get the same benefits

You will get EMH morning, free parking in the parks, and if offered you can buy E-night - all WDW resorts get these things. DVC resorts are a separate unit - but they are still consider to be a WDW resort.

you only get free valet parking (if your ID says DVC member) at the hotels that have valet parking and DVC resorts - BC, BW and WL. they may ask for the DVC member card - but I don't think they did.

Technically you are not entitled to the other benefits and discounts however DVC has shown no interest in enforcing this difference. In reality your room key will likely say member on it and as such you will have access to all the discounts and benefits that an owner does. Just that this can't be guaranteed so don't get upset if it doesn't happen. Have a great trip.
