Questions from a Disney Veteran - Losing my Disney Cred!!!

Hi all!

This will be my 16th trip to the World but the first with small kids/infant since forever. Now I have questions about things I never even thought about before and so I ask you all for help.

We are going down 11/11 through 11/18. The first 3 nights will be at US/IOA and we will move to WDW on the 14th staying at CSR with Free Dining. It will be me, DH, DD, DS, DDIL, 3 DGSs 9,8 and 6 and DGD 5 months.

First question is about baby swap. So DDIL, DS & the grand kids go to Space Mountain. DS waits with the baby while the rest ride. Now its DS's turn. Who can go on with him? 1 boy? 2 boys? all three boys?

The Rider Swap pass is good for a total of any 3 riders.

Him plus 2 additional people. Total of 3 can go in on a swap pass.

Yes, three people can ride on the rider swap. Also, one mistake we made was in thinking that we had to ride the RS ride the same day - we did not realize (like idiots) until the last day of our 7 day trip that there is a date on the RS pass (that lets you in the FP line) and the RS pass is good until the date listed on the pass. Also, you likely know this but you have to bring the baby up to the cast member at the FP que to get the RS (but if she is sleeping, you can just roll the stroller up).

We could leave the baby with a non rider but if it gives the boys an opportunity to ride again, she can just come with us!!

AND if we don't have to use it immediately, does that mean ANY 3 people can use it not necessarily the one who waited with the baby?

The simplest answer is, if it's been a bit of time since the first ride, the CM won't KNOW who waited with the baby.
